Every course is dedicated to the participants' specific needs, and it is tailored to the unique profile of our Client's business, market segment, individual expectations and limitations.
Every training project features customized solutions that account for the following:

I. Consultation meeting with the head of the team to elicit information and diagnose needs

The head of the team defines the anticipated results and presents his vision and strategy. He shares his opinions about the resources and the shortcomings of the team or the situation. We use the elicited information to set the directions for team development and to overcome the manager's personal limitations.

II. Interviews with prospective course participants
During this stage, team members' declared needs are diagnosed in a series of interviews.

III. Reporting on the results of needs assessment. Project modification and selection of the optimal training variant
The information collected at the first and second stage is summarized in a report, it is analyzed and interpreted. Specific measures targeting problems within the team are consulted with the manager. The selected training variant is modified.

IV. Task-oriented training
The participants acquire new skills, they learn how to perform tasks in their specific work environment, and they report on the progress during successive sessions. Group members participate in problem-solving simulations.

V. Follow-up
We assist course participants in putting their skills to practice in the workplace through:
  • supervisory sessions and personal consultations at defined time intervals,
  • online consultations.
