About us

We have been running competence development programs for 25 years. We have participated in thousands of group and individual sessions by giving support, thrust and structure to each process.

We rely on conventional training methods, including workshops, trainings, simulations, coaching, lectures, presentations, etc.

Our focus is always on the needs of the other person and, on a broader scale, the needs of a team which embodies a great potential but often suffers from an information overload. This potential is not fully used, and it is "clogged" by new, redundant information.

We help our Clients structure their thoughts and actions to deliver optimal results and greater satisfaction. We cooperate with various experts who also view the man from a similar perspective.

Katarzyna Kulikowska

is a philosopher, psychologist, graduate of the Management and Marketing Postgraduate Course at the Warsaw School of Economics. She designs and runs trainings for business. In the 1990s, she implemented a customer satisfaction program in a Polish corporation at all management levels under the supervision of a Jerome Foods consultant. She developed training programs for the British consulting firm Landell Mills. Kulikowska authored various programs in a shared effort with Polish consulting companies. She developed educational programs for the Warsaw School of Management and the Higher School of Business in Bielsko-Biała.
She is a certified trainer of the Polish Psychological Society, and a consultant and trainer in Mediator. Her trainings are tailored to the participants' specific needs in the area of management, sales, customer service and communications. Kulikowska consulted, designed and implemented assessment systems for international corporations. She authored and ran a change management project.

Dariusz Horyd

is certified trainer of the Polish Psychological Society (1st degree license and 2nd degree license) with over 25-years of training experience. Horyd is the founder of Mediator, a provider of active training services, mainly in-company services, for private businesses and State-owned enterprises. He honed his skills in the leading psychological education centers in Poland under the supervision of American, French, British and German experts.

In the early 1990s, Horyd developed training programs for the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. Commissioned by the Polish Psychological Society, he authored the Trainer School program and conducted numerous training sessions as part of the scheme.
Horyd trained the employees of many companies with West European, American and Japanese standards and management culture. He designed and delivered training programs for the British consulting company Landell Mills. In Mediator, he conducts training courses in the area of management, sales, customer service and coaching, as well as advanced courses for trainers. Horyd implemented assessment projects in international corporations and Polish businesses.
